Spring is Here ~ Almost

It's been a snowy and cold winter across the country and although we've had some warm days, it's been a bit nippy here on the island as well. But buds are popping out on flowers and trees, so I don't think it'll be much longer before spring officially arrives!

And before we know it, it will be Arts Festival weekend once again on Cedar Key. So you might want to start planning now for a day trip or weekend to the island for April 13 and 14.

I'm on a bit of a break between books, which gives me a chance to catch up on other things. Book 5 is in the hands of my editor and will be released later this year and I'll begin working on book 6 soon. That one will be out in 2014.

I'm also on a little break between book signings but once again, I wanted to thank all of you for your support for my Cedar Key Series. I love hearing from you via email and I've also been able to finally catch up on answering those.

I'm wishing you a Happy Spring and hopefully you'll find your way to our little island to enjoy some relaxing surrounded by Mother Nature. See you here next time..............

Merry Christmas from Cedar Key

'Tis the season! And Cedar Key is certainly looking quite festive. If you happen to visit our island over the holidays, be sure to stop at the City Park to see our beautiful Christmas all decorated! And if you're here on December 15....we're having the Boat Parade, which is always very nice to watch! I'll be at the Black Dog, sipping a glass of wine as the boats cruise by all decorated for Christmas.

And now ~ Here it is NOVEMBER!

I must say, this year seemed to zoom by faster than usual! It's been quite busy for me and that could account for the reason. POSTCARDS FROM CEDAR KEY was released this past week and I've been busy working on book 5.

I have now updated the Meet the Characters page here for my newest release, so pop over there and get acquainted with them.

Weather is now gorgeous here on our beautiful island with the arrival of autumn. Temps in the 70's, no humidity and mostly sunny days. So I do hope you'll be able to pay us a visit! And if you happen to be here over Thanksgiving weekend, I'll be signing my new book on Sat. Nov. 24 from 1:00 till 3:00 at the Welcome Center on Second Street.
